Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of both our products and customer service. However if your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 10 days so that we can organise for you to receive a replacement product or, a full refund.
For us to process a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unopened (unless the product is faulty).
Postage costs will only be refunded for the return of faulty or incorrect products.

Delivery Information
Our aim is to process your order within three working days, however, please allow up to ten working days for delivery.
If an item is temporarily out of stock and it is expected to take more than 28 days for delivery, we will contact you whereby you can cancel your order, order a replacement, or request a full refund.
All items are subject to availability from our suppliers.
Delivery of orders is by Royal Mail 1st Class post or courier (standard 2-3 working day delivery service) - depending on the weight of the item/s ordered.
Our standard delivery charge is: £4.95
Delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland are subject to an additional shipping charge. Once you have placed your order a Little Nut Tree Toys customer representative will email you to advise of the additional charge. If you wish to proceed, a payment will be taken manually over the phone to cover the additional costs.
We do not deliver to the USA, Canada or France.
VAT refunds due on sales received from Guernsey and Jersey will be processed after the sale has been made. Your refund will be sent to you via a business cheque.
If you require an express delivery, please contact us (by midday) and we will endeavour to organise a next day delivery for you. This service will cost an additional £3.50.
