Very impressed with the customer service at Little Nut Tree Toys. I ordered a gift but was informed the delivery will be later than expected which was okay. Then I received an email stating the item was no longer available but an alternative was suggested which was great. I was kept informed all the way with the order which is rare from a company these days. It was nice to receive the 'personal touch'. Even though I have ended up buying a slightly different item I would definitely use this company again, simply because of the customer service. A lot of other companies could take a leaf out of their book!

Just thought I’d let you know that when we came home last night there was a note form City Link saying that they had left the box in our wheelie bin. We were so pleased because it means that we do not have to go all the way across town to collect it. The trailer is for our daughter’s birthday, she has already got the Flix. Once she had gone to bed we hooked the Flix and trailer together and they look stunning. We are very pleased and hopefully she will be too.
