Dispatch and Delivery
Delivery
We send your order within three to five working days but we will do everything we can to deliver the next working day.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail First Class or Interlink Express depending on the weight and size of your order. Either way, you should get to enjoy your purchase pretty quickly!
If your order is going to be sent by courier then we do need somebody to be at the delivery address ready to sign. It may seem a pain but it means we are able to track your parcel for you and ensure that it arrives safely and on time. We can fit courier delivery around your diary, so if you have a preferred delivery day let us know by filling in the Delivery Notes box on the Basket Page, we can then aim to work to your time frame.

Special Delivery
Whilst we can get your order to you by the next working day, we can’t guarantee it and our standard courier service doesn’t deliver on a Saturday.
If you need a specific delivery date or a Saturday delivery please give us a call and we can try our best to arrange that for you. We’ll ensure that if you’ve qualified for free delivery we will deduct £4.95 (our standard delivery charge) from the special service charge.
Overseas

Out of Stock items
Oops - very occasionally we sell out of our really popular products. If this happens, we’ll let you know and send your other toys as normal. When the out of stock toy is back in we send it on (of course, there’s no additional postage charge).

Refunds and Exchanges
If you change your mind after completing your order, simply e-mail us explaining that you don't want to proceed. We regret postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur, and cannot be refunded other than in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item
We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) Act 2000, which allows for a 7 day "cooling off" period. If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind then you must contact us first by telephone on 01908 281882 anytime up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Once we have confirmed that the goods can be returned, you must ensure that the item returned is unused and in perfect re-saleable condition with all the original packaging and instructions, otherwise we will be unable to refund you. Upon satisfactory receipt of the goods we shall issue a refund for the cost of the goods only, EXCLUDING ANY DELIVERY CHARGES THAT YOU HAVE PAID. However, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM BACK TO US. If our courier collects the item then we shall deduct a collection fee of £10 from the price of the goods and the balance shall be paid to you.
If you decide to arrange your own delivery then we would strongly recommend that you obtain a "Proof of postage" certificate from the Post Office (free of charge) as this will be required in the event of making a claim against Royal Mail for lost or damaged returns.
If your product develops a manufacturing fault within 7 days of accepting delivery we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item. If your product develops a manufacturing fault after 7 days but before 3 months of accepting delivery we will send out replacement parts where applicable and or a replacement item.
Our warranty does not cover any item that is over 3 months old, unless there is a seperate manufacturer’s warranty in place. Please check with us and we shall advise if such a warranty applies to your product.
